All our items a shipped Registered, Insured and with a Tracking Number so you know your item will always reach you.

Orders over $250.00: Free
Orders between $150 and $250 a $16.50 shipping fee please
Orders between $50 and $150 a $14.50 shipping fee please
Orders under $50 a $8.50 shipping fee please

Express - $25.00 Usually Next Day Delivery (NO Insurance Available on Express items)
Person to Person: ADD $6.50

New Zealand
Orders over $250.00 a $38.00 shipping fee please
Orders between $150 and $250 a $27.00 shipping fee please
Orders between $50 and $150 a $18.00 shipping fee please
Orders under $50 a $16.50 shipping fee please

Express: ADD $35.00 + insurance(varies on cost of item)

  • Australia Post does NOT offer insurance on this option, we can take NO responsibility if items are lost or damaged.
• Person to Person delivery - upon request only. Via Australia Post Registered mail system :
  • This ensures only YOU can receive your parcel - you must go to a post office to collect it with identification.
  • Subject to Australia Post costs.

Postage is to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, NT,SA, WA & TAS Australia Post Destinations.

Express delivery is usually 24hrs (except NZ)- provided items are in stock and you are in an express delivery location.

Return Terms

Our policy is to have happy satisfied customers.

If the product is unsuitable, contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the item, at that time we will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number and inform you of the return address.

Any unused product can be returned provided that it is undamaged (unless making a Postal Insurance Claim).

Returning Forms
Be sure you want to keep a Breastform before you use the tapes or apply an attachable form.

1. Forms must be clean and undamaged (unless making an insurance claim).
2. Form boxes & cradles, must be in original condition.
3. All accessories that are included with forms must be returned unused. Any missing items will be charged to your account.

When we receive the product that you are returning you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs.

Postal Insurance Claims
If your item arrives damaged in the post, you need to do the following things:

• Email us informing us of the damage that has occurred in the post.
• File a claim with us. We will forward you details.
• You must return the item to us Registered Post insured to the full value of the item, as we will have to present this item to Australia Post - if it gets lost in the mail we can NOT replace it..

Once the claim has been accepted by Australia Post we will send you a new item or refund your money.

 

If you cannot receive packages at home or at work, and you do not have a Post Office Box, then you may want to use PERSON to PERSON Registered Mail. A notification will be placed in you nominated delivery address that a parcel is waiting for you at the post office(Australia Post will also hold a package for pick up at their depot). YOU will be the only one who can collect it and you MUST show proof of identity.
This will prevent any other person intercepting your parcel.
